(IČO) 62907760, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 34572 is a personal data controller pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

This privacy statement provides information on the extent, manner of processing, and protection of personal data we obtain and collect in connection with the sale of our products, the provision of services, within communication with the existing and potential customers, and the use of our website.

Business information includes information about purchased products, subscribed services, information obtained from personal, written and electronic communications with existing and potential customers related to the sale of products and the provision of services, including data we obtain through your online activities.

Purpose of data processing

Performance of the contract, fulfilment of legal obligations and legitimate interest

The processing of personal data provided for the performance of the contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations and the protection of the legitimate interests of SEFIRA is without consent, for a maximum period of three years from the termination of the contract, the expiry of the statutory obligations or the moment of omission of the legitimate interest.

Informing users of products and services

SEFIRA uses personal data relating to users of products and services to send business and technical information about the products and services that the entity uses. The processing of personal data takes place without consent, for a maximum of 1 year from the expiry of the product support.

Marketing communication

SEFIRA uses personal data obtained from product sales, service provision, within communication with the existing and potential customers to send business and marketing communications. Such processing of personal data is not strictly necessary for the performance of the contract, legal obligations or protection of the legitimate interests of SEFIRA and is subject to granting of consent. The processing of personal data takes place for the duration of this consent.

Processing of information from websites operated by SEFIRA

If cookies are allowed by the user of websites operated by SEFIRA in their web browser, we process information and footage of them on websites in order to ensure better website traffic. The processing of personal data takes place without consent, for a maximum of 1 year.

Method of personal data processing

SEFIRA recognizes the vital importance of privacy and personal data protection for its customers and partners, and for this reason has put in place suitable technical and organizational measures to ensure their protection. In fulfilling its commitments and obligations under the contracts, it uses professional and specialized services of other entities. If these suppliers process personal data transmitted from SEFIRA, they have the status of personal data processors and process personal data only on the basis of SEFIRA’s instructions and must not use them otherwise. These include, in particular, business partners, expert advisers, experts, advocates, auditors, IT systems administrators, and Internet service providers.
